Prospectus Amendment: Golden Global Portfolio Money Market Participation Fund

Regarding the Golden Global Portfolio Money Market Participation Fund, of which we are the sponsor, “pursuant to subparagraph (b) of paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the Capital Markets Board’s (CMB) Communiqué No. III-52.1 on the Principles Regarding Investment Funds (Communiqué), “provided that such amendments do not have the potential to influence investors’ investment decisions or require prior notice, the amendment may be made by the sponsor without the Board’s approval and announced on KAP and the sponsor’s official website.” The amended text is attached.
